US ORDERS:
Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Free shipping (USPS), takes approximately 4-10 business days (estimate). If you need your order by a certain date or faster, please choose the Fedex Express upgrade. I subsidize the cost to make it more affordable. Fedex will deliver within 2 business days (unless there are unforeseen delays).

Non-personalized orders:
You can make changes to your order as long as it is not marked as "Shipped" in your account. Please message me right away with your order number and I will make the change. Unfortunately I am not able to make changes to your order if it has been shipped out, including any incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

Personalized orders:
If you need to make a change to your personalization, please reach out to me right away. As long as I haven't printed it yet, I can accommodate the change. I am not able to make any changes once it has been printed.

Please contact me within 2 weeks of delivery if you have any issues with your order.

You should see a tracking link in your etsy order record. Sometimes you can get more information if you plug in your tracking number directly on the carrier site. If there are any delays, the mail carrier will note it in the tracking. Please note that I am unable to expedite any carrier delays from my side. Please reach out to me if your tracking has not updated in over 2 weeks.

I'm pleased to offer personalization for my Scratch Your Travel maps, which includes printing a title of your choice. If you have any questions about how to enter your information, please reach out to me.

If a customer does not respond to personalization questions asked by me by the requested date, I will make my own judgment call. For National Parks prints: If your personalization is blank, and I don't receive instructions on what to print by the requested date, I will print "National Parks" in the specified font.

I am not able to provide customization for the print underneath the map, or on the scratch layer.

If you enter an incorrect mailing address and the order gets returned to me, or if your tracking shows that a delivery attempt was made, and then subsequently mailed back to me :

I can either issue you a refund minus a restocking fee (actual shipping costs (if the item was delivered free of charge or subsidized) and warehouse handling fees ($4 per SKU)), or direct you to a listing to purchase reshipment service.

If you entered an incorrect address and realize it while the package is still in route to you, unfortunately, I am not able to reroute it, or give you a refund for that order. Please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout.

Due to the fragile nature of the product, I do not accept any returns or exchanges for my Scratch Your Travel Maps. Instead, I offer a 1 year quality guarantee for items in my shop. If you notice any defects, please contact me for a replacement of equal or similar value (depending on what is available in my shop at the time).

Please place a separate order per address you'd like to mail.

Thank you so much for pinning my listings on pinterest to help promote my store! If I happen to be running a sale in my shop, the greater of the two discounts (the sale discount or the discount from the pinterest code) will be applied to your order, they can not be used at the same time.

I recommend leaving the foil edge outside the country/continent borders as is to leave a shimmery effect. If you notice any smudges, use a clean eraser to gently buff them out.
