Q- Can you alter the size of the pets?
A- Yes! Please make sure to note that in the order as height not weight. Example: When they sit next to each other, the pet's head is above/below her shoulder/head height.

Q- Can you alter the pet image?
A- No! Pet images can't be altered. We don't modify (color or pattern change etc.) it or create a new design from scratch temporarily. Please choose the pet design from the available options.

Once the design is ready, I will show you the proof for confirmation. You have ONE revision included with the price. If you don't confirm the proof in 48 hours, I will process your order.
